MR. MARCO TAMBURINI
Marco Tamburini is experienced in the field of engineering and industrialization, including all phases, from the concept of new products to its development, to defining technologies & finally to practical industrialization of the designed solution. He has an experience of over 40 years in water heating solutions and setting up manufacturing facilities including product design both nationally and internationally.

Dr. Arvind Didwania
Dr Didwania’s core strength is in finance and commercial areas of industrial operations. With over 20 years in Jindal, India’s leading manufacturer of Steel & Polymer etc. He later joined the group and since been a dedicated member of the team contributing in Finance, Project Execution and Commercial Negotiations.

A business Graduate from MIT, Pune, Gathered experience in multiple fields with over 7 years of work experience. Equipped with a strong marketing and management skillset. Most recently, had an on ground experience in Water Heater Plant Commissioning.
Beena Koshy
An MBA in Marketing with over 25 years of Work Experience. She was in charge of the Exports business unit
for India’s leading appliance company. She was also in charge of the branch office in Dubai . She helped
successfully expand the sales & marketing networks across 35 countries in Middle East & Africa Continent.
Beena is experienced in liasoning with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, QA & Logistics as well as for
CKD/SKD & OEM Formats of existing and New Products.
Dileep Parathodi
Dileep comes with 18 Years of industrial experience in the field of Sales, Marketing and Business development of
Electrical Appliances business. He has successfully managed to handle and execute projects including CFLs and Home Appliances. He is driven by his passion for marketing products and services globally.
